What You Will Do:

- Fully drive recruitment for the Customer Success (CS) Department, hiring mainly IT CS Specialists, QAs, Team Leads both external and internally.
- Review CVs, assess technical tasks, hold behavioral interviews, schedule CS Hiring Manager interviews and send offer letters.
- Source potential candidates through pitching, job board postings, internal referrals, online events like career fairs, and by partnering with Employer Branding to engage local social media influencers and universities.
- Partner with CS hiring managers to understand staffing needs, supporting current and future team visions.
- Coordinate pre-boarding tasks and follow-up with new CS hires to ensure their success.
- Support in offboarding decisions and separation calls.
- Keep our CS People Team information and tracking systems up-to-date, as well as contribute to process improvements.
- Follow-up with CS management on their team’s retention strategies, contributing where needed to ensure key players’ well-being, recognition and growth.
- Contribute to team and department-level OKR initiatives, expanding your impact beyond hiring scope.

- You are passionate about recruitment: finding and hiring the best talent.
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a recruiter who ensures an efficient, smooth, and positive hiring process for candidates and hiring managers (experience in hiring for CS roles is a plus!).
- You have strong market insights on attraction and recruitment strategies that make you an independent player in finding solutions to hire the best talent.
- You are an owner who takes action, has a strong can-do attitude and inspires others to achieve greatness together.
- You are a critical thinker who uses data to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- You work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- You are comfortable navigating uncertain or unclear scenarios, finding your way through them with your team.
- You never stop learning and investing in your professional growth.
- You are fluent in English to work on a global team.
- You are available 40h/week.
What We Offer:
- A competitive compensation through a Freelancer contract within a range from 700 USD to 900 USD (depends on your experience) + 20 days of paid suspension days per year to recharge.
- If you are living in Brazil, a CLT contract can also apply with a range around R$ 5.000 for a Mid-level + benefits (health insurance + dental, food voucher, Gympass, internet allowance).
